Terms of Service
Please read my TOS throughly before applying!
The main reference submitted must be drawn to your liking. This includes but is not limited to; proportions, colors, detail and so on. As it will be the establishing artwork for the final 3D model.
I am not responsible for software, or hardware related issues.
I may choose to cancel, or refuse a commission and/or application for any reason.
Payment is typically done via Paypal.
Edits/adjustments/changes of more than 2 instances per stage of modeling (modeling -> rigging -> texturing -> finalizing) will incur a charge.
Depending on detail a 3D model can take anywhere from 1/2 months to 4 months or more.
Final files will be delivered after final payment only!
By commissioning me you are agreeing to not feed any of my work into AI Generative programs. And will be subject to consequences fitting of my norms and values. Such as blacklisting and or further action. Should this boundary be crossed.
You may choose the "Full Purpose Rights" Option to be able to use a 3D model without limitations. Including but not limited to; selling of any digital or physical merchandise featuring a render of the 3D Model.
When you engage my services you confirm that you are legal copyright owner of the design submitted, or you have a licence that allows for the design to be used.
You also confirm you have explicit permission from your reference artist to have a near copy of their artwork created in 3D. This includes but is not limited to;
Temporary texture projection as a guide.
The cleaning up of tattoos, logos, patterns, and other complex textures directly from reference.
Texturing near 1:1 by emulating the artists distinct style.
After making initial payment, cancellation may be made. There will be a non-refundable deposit of 100EU.
If partial work has been done, partial refund for the sum other than the non-refundable deposit may be made and the amount depends on how much work as been done.
No refund can be given for completed works.
Most if not all communication will be done via Discord as it offers the best, most direct connection to the client.
Updates are given as important milestones are cleared and wherever is necessary! The client may ask at any time to see how things are going!
You must have my Twitter username listed somewhere as means of formal credit to the 3D artist!

Do you show your work in progress during the making of the 3D Model?
I proactively send images, gifs and videos with every substantial update for approval!
Do you offer payment plans?
I offer up to 4 payment installments + 5% interest fee per installment. Work will not be started until the deposit of 50% has been paid.
I signed up to your Google Form, is my spot indefinite?
Yes! Once you have signed up you won't need to apply again unless your information changes, or you are not looking for a 3D Model anymore. If this is the case, you can cancel or withdraw. If you have not heard from me in a while, please message me! Many messages are filtered through the spam system and won't be seen until much later!
Will your 3D Models work with FBT?
FBT will generally work out of the box, however bugs may occur because i tend to stick to the proportions of the artwork. And have a particular universal rig that i work with.
All clients of mine are more than welcome to seek the help of a technical artist, or other. To improve prolonged use of their 3D model! Either by editing proportions, rig or other methods!

I changed my mind and want to cancel the commission, is this okay?
Under normal circumstances i do not accept any payment before the 3D model work starts. You may inform me of your cancellation anywhere before the the invoice is completed. Refund options will vary based on progress made, but is an exception in many cases. Unless the project is directly cancelled by me. Please let me know behorehand so i can make time for the next slot!
I have a simplistic commission inquiry, will it still cost your minimum price?
Not in most cases! I am also flexible when it comes to a 3D Model that can be produced rather quickly because of a simple style for example!
I am a returning client and am looking for updates/outfits to add to my current 3D model!
At the moment i am unavailable for model updates/outfits for return clients.
